I had a pleasant stay in a freshly painted room with modern decor and new furnishings, although it wasn't ready on time for my concert. The atmosphere was quiet, which I enjoyed, but there was a slight delay in room readiness.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, close to downtown and with plenty of entertainment options. The rooms were cozy and nicely furnished, offering a comfortable retreat. However, there were some maintenance issues that need attention, such as a broken seal on the window and a cracked sink. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel offers expensive rooms without complimentary breakfast, and parking comes at an additional cost, but the rooms boast good views onto the harbor. The staff is exceptionally courteous and nice, although they may be overstretched during peak times. The location is convenient for accessing Water Street and downtown, with plenty of nearby attractions, and the dining options, while fine, could use more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

The service, although friendly, sometimes felt distant with staff conversing behind plexiglass. The location is great for exploring downtown and nearby attractions. The dining experience offered a wide variety of selections but struggled to keep up during busy times. Overall, a stay with mixed experiences.
